Job Title: Senior Manager of Engagement Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Engagement Marketing to lead our customer engagement efforts across multiple channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive engagement strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging customer behavior management (CBM) techniques, digital channels, and other relevant marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Oversee the CBM program, including segmentation, customer journey mapping, email marketing campaigns, and personalized communications
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, including media buying agencies and creative agencies
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of engagement marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Design and implement automated campaigns to drive card usage and increased spend and engagement across the customer base
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align engagement marketing strategies with broader business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in engagement marketing, CBM, and credit cards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in marketing roles, with a focus on CBM, digital sales, and agency management
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-facing industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software
  • Experience leading and motivating a team
  • Experience working in an Agile Marketing environment
