About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Engagement Marketing to lead our customer engagement efforts across multiple channels. This role will be pivotal in driving growth through effective customer engagement strategies, optimizing customer spend and engagement, and collaborating closely with marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging customer behavior and market trends.
  • Oversee the customer engagement program, including segmentation, customer journey mapping, email marketing campaigns, and personalized communications to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, including media buying agencies and creative agencies, to ensure clear objectives, timely deliverables, and budget constraints are met.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of engagement marketing campaigns and initiatives, developing actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Design automated campaigns to drive card usage and increased spend and engagement across the customer base, segmenting customers and understanding their behaviors and patterns to serve up relevant campaigns and communications.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align engagement marketing strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints.
  • Adopt Agile Marketing principles to test and learn, driving towards achieving key performance indicators within the Agile Marketing framework.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in engagement marketing, customer behavior, and credit cards, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our approach to driving customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in marketing roles, with a focus on customer engagement, digital sales, and agency management.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-facing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
  • Experience leading and motivating a team, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Experience working in an Agile Marketing environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
