About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as Head of Strategy and Performance. This is a unique opportunity to work with our award-winning CEO and leadership team to transform and revolutionise our business, which is at the heart of British society.

As Head of Strategy and Performance, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute our long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and values. You will work closely with senior leadership to define business goals, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and executing the long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
  2. Developing and delivering pricing strategies across all business verticals.
  3. Collaborating with senior leadership to define business goals, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  4. Conducting market analysis and trend forecasting to identify risks and opportunities.
  5. Overseeing the creation of strategic roadmaps and business plans.
  6. Implementing performance measurement frameworks (KPIs) to track strategic progress.
  7. Aligning departmental performance targets with corporate strategy.
  8. Providing performance updates to the executive team and board, highlighting key insights.
  9. Leading post-performance analysis to optimise initiatives.
