Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Bright Edge Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced crew members.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and handling heavy loads. You must be able to work accurately, reliably, and as part of a team to achieve project goals.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
