Insurance Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Traci Langill Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Client Service: Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and updates to their insurance contracts, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Sales and Service: Establish personalized telephone contact with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of insurance products. Educate and advise clients on our products, adhering to company underwriting policies.
- Sales Opportunities: Seize all sales opportunities, soliciting and offering insurance products to clients.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to clients and prospects to develop leads and drive sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with agents to meet office sales goals and develop leads through telephone and in-person interactions.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a sense of urgency to produce sales and provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Education: University degree or college diploma.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Licenses: Must have OTL or RIBO license and be able to obtain LLQP (LIFE) within 10 weeks of hire.
