We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at GN IT & Management Solutions Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including preparing reports, managing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Team Collaboration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication among team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours:

35 to 40 hours per week.
