About the Role:
This position is a key contributor to the organization's mission, requiring relocation to Iqaluit. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading Business Consulting Activities: Plan and execute business consulting initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance business performance.
- Analyzing and Delivering Initiatives: Conduct thorough analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance business processes and performance.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects with significant business impact and risk.
- Portfolio Planning: Assist in the development of project and portfolio planning exercises to support the organization's strategic objectives.
- Value-Adding Processes: Ensure that services are optimized and value-adding processes are in place to support the organization's mission and vision.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, financial management, or a related field.
- Four (4) years of experience in project management, business analysis, or consulting.
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma, BPM, or Project Management (PRINCE2 or PMP) is considered an asset.
- The ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
