Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Talent Recruitment Services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess the performance of customer service representatives and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that customer service representatives are meeting their performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer service representatives have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
