Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Sunrise Automotive Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and identifying workers' training needs. This role will also involve preparing and submitting reports, training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, conducting performance reviews, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Identify workers' training needs
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
Supervision:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for supervising 1 to 2 customer service clerks.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a large workload. Overtime may be required, and the candidate must be able to work under pressure.
