Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Sunrise Automotive Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve excellent customer service delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
  • Identify training needs and provide training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on customer service performance and team activities
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations
  • Perform same duties as team members to ensure understanding of their roles and responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role
  • Strong background in customer service, leadership, and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
