Food Service Operations Manager

Elmwood Burgers Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate reports to management.
- Establish work schedules and ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our food service operations.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- Combine sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day, with occasional lifting and carrying of equipment.
- Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
