Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Cap-it Burnaby. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the performance of our store operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including staff management and inventory control.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff members, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that all areas of the store are covered.
  • Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credits policies to ensure that our store remains competitive in the market.
  • Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise for Resale: Identify and source high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring that our store remains stocked with the latest products.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that our store remains financially stable.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess staffing needs and make recommendations for hiring or training staff members.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring that our store remains customer-focused.
