About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP CX Solution Value Adoption Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Adoption Services Center, you will play a critical role in driving value realization through adoption and consumption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Adoption Plays to drive consistent and efficient adoption of our solutions.
  • Identify and create common patterns and needs to drive scale for outreach and adoption.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and provide actionable advice on how to leverage SAP's solutions to drive better business value and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6 years of SAP professional work experience.
  • Excellent understanding of the main mechanisms behind adoption & consumption and experience in this area.
  • Solid cross SAP CX domain and solution expertise.
  • Proficiency in at least one SAP CX Solution (more than one is preferred).
  • Understanding of different SAP platforms and integration technologies.
