We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team at Cielo. This role will be based in Canada and will require proficiency in both English and French.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional talent acquisition services to our clients, ensuring Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. As a brand ambassador for the client, you will focus on delivering top-tier talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search.

You will serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations on possible approaches to the search or candidate requirements.
  • Reviewing candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and evaluating their qualifications against position requirements to determine who to move forward in the recruitment process.
  • Developing and managing recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align to the search requirements.
  • Sourcing candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language.
  • Soliciting and pursuing referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
  • Utilizing Cielo's proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.

You will also be responsible for engaging candidates, assessing their suitability for the role, and influencing the hire by articulating a compelling value proposition and negotiating offers as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two or more years' recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
  • Manufacturing recruiting experience is highly preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
