Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Title: General Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer relations.
- Work closely with the regional director to develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety, and customer service standards.
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, human resources, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing staff, driving sales growth, and improving profitability.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
