Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Greenhouse Supervisor to join our team at DeVry Greenhouses. As a key member of our horticulture team, you will be responsible for supervising nursery and greenhouse workers, coordinating planting and cultivating activities, and ensuring the highest quality of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 people in greenhouse operations
  • Coordinate planting and cultivating activities to ensure optimal crop growth and quality
  • Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle heavy loads
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a hot and cold/refrigerated environment
