Greenhouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Greenhouse Supervisor to join our team at DeVry Greenhouses. As a key member of our horticulture team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our greenhouses, ensuring the highest quality of plant production, and leading a team of nursery and greenhouse workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursery and greenhouse workers to ensure efficient and effective plant production.
- Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Coordinate planting and cultivating activities to optimize plant growth and yield.
- Supervise crew members and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
