Key Responsibilities- Staffing and Recruitment
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure business needs are met.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Employee Relations
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to enhance employee development.
- Communication and Administration
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing and recruitment activities.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
- Language: English (fluency required).
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
