Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Hillcrest Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and staffing, from identifying staffing requirements to advising job applicants and coordinating selection processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and advise management on recruitment strategies.
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.

Requirements:

  • Experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software.

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
