Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Hillcrest Security Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, advising job applicants on employment requirements, and coordinating selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions of employment, and provide guidance on the selection process.
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill staffing needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and provide guidance on staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
