Job Summary:We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Emergency Department. This is a project-based position with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience and will be working in a fast-paced environment with a full scope of practice.
Responsibilities:- Ensure the nursing facility's policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
- Complete medical records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ensure a safe and sanitary environment by adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate patient health status and progress.
- Communicate with physicians and staff members to plan patient care.
- Provide information regarding the status of patients to physicians or other care providers.
- Must be a Registered Practical Nurse with current licensure.
- Active BLS/CPR Certification.
- Active ACLS Certification (Preferred).
- Knowledge of the Emergency department required.
- Immunization Record (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB (Or Chest X-Ray if two-step TB is not available)).
- Relocation assistance.
- 10 hour shift.
- 12 hour shift.

- Evening shift.
- Holidays.
