Restaurant Operations Manager

At BC LTD, we are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Team Members: You will lead a team of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Train Staff in Job Duties: You will develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team members.
- Inventory Management: You will estimate ingredient and supply requirements to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
- Quality Control: You will monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure it meets our high standards, while also maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Record Keeping: You will accurately record sales, inventory, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum requirement for all applicants.
- 2+ Years of Experience in Food Service Supervision: Proven experience in leading a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality control.
- Ability to Multitask: You will need to effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality: Reliable attendance and adherence to work schedules are essential.
