Job Title: Food Service Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join the DS3 McLeod N Sons Restaurant Ltd. team. As a Food Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. You will also be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Establish work schedules
