About the Role

Certified Asbestos Removal & Restoration Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service delivery and overseeing the day-to-day activities of our customer-facing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service delivery.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all customer service staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
