Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Fuze Food Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and team player
