Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fuze Food Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
