Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are meeting our high standards for quality and service.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets and prepare reports to track our performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and budgeting decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a positive experience.
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with our team members, guests, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and maintain a positive work environment.
