The Opportunity:

As a key member of the People & Culture Team at WSP, the Transformation Leader will report to the Director, Strategic Change and play a pivotal role in driving and executing strategies that enhance the talent experience. This role will be instrumental in supporting organizational priorities and ensuring seamless change management processes.

  • Reporting to the Director, Strategic Change, the Transformation Leader will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans that foster a high-performing culture.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional change management expertise, the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, and a deep understanding of what drives business success.
  • By working closely with the People & Culture Team, the Transformation Leader will help shape the talent experience at WSP, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to support organizational change and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and enhance the talent experience.
  • Providing expert guidance on change management best practices and tools.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in change management, preferably within a large, complex organization.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
