As a Solutions Engineer at Forethought, you'll work closely with our Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams to help our clients reimagine their Customer Experience workforce with our AI Platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discussions between clients, account executives, and our internal team to ensure seamless implementation of our AI platform.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align on client objectives, prioritize opportunities, and provide technical solution leadership for sales opportunities.
  • Develop customized demos for clients, showcasing the practical applications and executive benefits of our AI solutions.
  • Present solution proposals, business benefits, competitive advantages, and how Forethought solutions can meet clients' current and future needs.
  • Scope, configure, and guide customers through proof of value trials to evaluate our AI platform.
  • Become a trusted advisor for client accounts, providing practical guidance on the business value of proposed solutions and setting expectations for customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and provide guidance to clients on adopting AI solutions to improve the efficiency of existing business processes.
  • Work closely with the Implementation team, Engineering team, Product team, and other Solution Engineers to strategize on opportunities, cross-training, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer or Implementation Consultant role, or a technical client-facing position.
  • Able to operate independently and as part of a team, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and work collaboratively within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies, such as HTML, JavaScript, and working with APIs.
  • Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, and/or NLP concepts and use cases.
  • Good understanding of software/SaaS sales cycle and strategies, in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
