About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and solutions to their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clearly explaining the terms and conditions of our financial products.
  • Support retail operations, including merchandising and maintenance of the store.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full class driver's license with a driver's abstract in good standing.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods.
  • Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history).
