About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Clerk to join our team in Courtenay, BC. As an Operations Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update delivery information for scheduled delivery packages
  • Verify and correct delivery addresses to ensure accurate delivery
  • Provide pick-up and delivery information to package car drivers
  • Deliver packages to customers at the customer counter
  • Assist customers with the status of their deliveries
  • Collect COD, update pick-up inventory, and process future deliveries
  • Handle calls from customers, drivers, and vendors
  • Perform other functions as needed by operations

Requirements:

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift up to 70-lbs. unassisted occasionally
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • General aptitude in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in the use of spreadsheet applications
