Retail Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Sales Operations Manager to join our team at KITCHEN NATION. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Lead and manage a team of retail sales professionals, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's goals.
- Pricing and Credit Policies: Implement pricing and credit policies that balance revenue generation with customer satisfaction.
- Procurement and Logistics: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
- Staffing and Talent Development: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and develop talent to drive business success.
- Operational Efficiency: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability and flexibility are essential.
- Pressure and Deadlines: Manage work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Ensure you can perform the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

- Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail sales or operations management role.
- Employment Type: Full-time position with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
