We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Nova Hotels. As a Room Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed
  • Monitor and control supplies and amenities to minimize waste
  • Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to the supervisor
  • Assist with the removal of trash, recyclables, and dirty linens
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
