Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites West Edmonton. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Laundry and Linen: Wash, dry, and fold linens, as well as restock linen closets.
  • Housekeeping Supplies: Restock housekeeping supplies, such as toiletries and cleaning products.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, including responding to requests for extra supplies or amenities.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires attention to detail.
