Travel Nursing Position in Long-Term Care Facility

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide temporary care to our residents at a beautiful Long-Term Care/Assisted Living Facility in British Columbia.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments to identify residents' needs.
- Plan, implement, and provide personal and nursing care to residents.
- Administer oral and subcutaneous medications as per pharmaceutical and organizational policies.
- Supervise care staff to ensure residents receive quality care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred).
Additional Information:
- Pay rate: $45.00 per hour.
- Overtime pay available.
- Flexible schedule, including day, evening, and night shifts.
- On-call and weekend shifts as needed.
