Mobility and Accessibility Solutions Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking a Sales Consultant & Service Technician to join our sales and service team in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a Motion customer experience by ensuring the needs of our clients are met and that we fulfill our promise to make life accessible.
- Driving business growth by researching, making cold calls, and expanding our client base.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare facilities in our community.
- Training and being trained on our products and services to increase your product knowledge and confidence in demoing and selling our solutions.
- Creating and documenting sales leads and client details in our CRM, as well as crafting business proposals and quotes for our clients.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a customer-facing sales and service position, ideally with exposure to our client-base and products or an open mind and willingness to learn.
- Construction skills, including comfort using a range of tools and equipment, and experience assembling, building, or repairing.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members, work in close partnership, and thrive in an independent role.
- Empathy and respect for our clients, with the ability to engage them in a meaningful way to ensure their individualized needs are met at every appointment.
- Flexibility, including a valid driver's license and ability to travel to client homes, schools, and hospitals throughout the region in a company vehicle.
- Additional must-have requirements, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a Class 5 driver's license, and a clean criminal background check and bondability.
