About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our sales and service team as a Mobility Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customized mobility solutions to clients, ensuring their individual needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and expand our client base.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, identifying opportunities to provide additional products and services.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure seamless product delivery and installation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales and service role, preferably in the mobility or accessibility industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites throughout the region.
