Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Firehousesubs Guelph. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our food meets the highest quality standards. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
