Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Caro Leveillee Pierce Foods Inc. o/a Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
Our fast-paced environment requires a team player who can work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
