Job Title:Careers Counselling Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Careers Counselling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of career development principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities- To work with clients to identify their skills, strengths, and interests, and provide guidance on training and employment opportunities.
- To connect participants with relevant community resources, including government services and local agencies.
- To develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employers and community partners.
- To write timely reports, adhering to current templates and guidelines.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences or a related field. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as intermediate to advanced computer skills.
What We OfferIn addition to a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, and a generous paid time off policy.
