Industrial Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Sydney, Canada.
About the Role:This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Welder to work with us in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and repair of metal structures and components.
- Perform welding operations using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc) to meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished work to guarantee compliance with specifications and industry regulations.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in excellent condition to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and ensure timely completion.
- Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship to demonstrate expertise in welding techniques.
- Certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS, CWB) to validate skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting to leverage real-world expertise.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control to deliver high-quality results.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with a focus on safety and well-being.
- A competitive hourly wage ranging from $40 to $60 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime opportunities.
