As an Operational Controls Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of claims-related risks and operations. You will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential risks, develop and implement controls, and monitor their effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our claims operations and risk management processes
* Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities for improvement
* Design and implement effective controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claims operations and risk management
