Senior Account Manager Opportunity at Westland Insurance Group Ltd.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Richmond, BC. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction to our group accounts, identifying exposure to loss, and recommending appropriate coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Group Benefit Consultants in effectively managing, servicing, and retaining assigned group client accounts
  • Cultivate client relationships by providing consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
  • Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Market surveys on new and existing groups
  • Mentor and train coordinators

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the health benefits industry as an account manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
  • Bonus: GBA or CEBS designation will be considered an asset
