Maintenance Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Clerk to join our team at Ocean Capital. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to obtain necessary information and resolve issues
  • Assist with purchasing and receiving of consumables and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to drivers and management
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to achieve operational goals
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and JD Edwards One World
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
