Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grab & Go Barista to join our team at Café Lunette. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for creating a positive guest experience through exceptional customer service, food preparation, and beverage expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to our guests, adhering to our standards for taste, presentation, and speed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and colleagues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, promotions, and events to provide informed recommendations to our guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
