Restaurant Hygiene Specialist

At Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants, we value our team members who take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff. As a Restaurant Dish Cleaning Professional, you will be part of our front of house team and contribute to the overall productivity of the culinary and front of house teams.

The Day-to-Day:

  1. Operate dishwashers efficiently
  2. Wash and polish glassware and flatware
  3. Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, dish carts, and dish racks
  4. Assist in receiving and stocking supplies
  5. Safely handle and store cleaning products
  6. Perform general dish area maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, organization, and garbage removal
  7. Other duties or responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a dishwashing role or similar environment
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Ability to take direction and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  4. Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  5. Able to spend 100% of the time standing
