Restaurant Shift Manager

As a Restaurant Shift Manager at KFC, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. You will train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. You will also maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
