Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. as a Clinical Specialist. The successful candidate will provide high-quality services to our clients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services in various settings, including clinics, homes, and workplaces
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months
