Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with various disabilities and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children to identify their strengths and weaknesses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help children achieve their goals
- Provide occupational therapy services to children in our clinic, community, and home settings
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for children
- Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
- Experience working with pediatric population
- Valid CPR certificate
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months
