Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare in the Toronto area.
Job Summary:As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident's plan of care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.
- Ensure timely and safe resident transfers and discharges.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the Long Term Care Act, Program Standards for Long Term Care, and other relevant legislation.
